I'm writing this primarily to thank Janet Jacobs for the extra effort she put forth to insure that our order was filled. She not only took time to locate the pattern, but also called us a couple of times to keep us updated on the status of the order. I regret that wallpaper isn't something we purchase on a frequent basis, so we won't be reliable repeat customers. But, I will certainly make every effort to encourage anyone I know to use your company for their wallpaper purcahses.

Many companies die because of lack of concern for their customers. Your's will be the exception.
